        <abstract>The Conservancy grant of up to $225,000 to the Laguna de Santa Rosa Foundation Restoration and Management Plan for the Laguna&amp;apos;s 21,000-acre Core Area is completed. There is no federal contribution to this plan. The Foundation has a local match of $105,000 ($80K from the Santa Rosa Utilities District, $100K from the Sonoma County Water Agency, and $25K from the Community Foundation of Sonoma County).</abstract>
