Property has been acquired by the Sonoma Land Trust along with the adjacent North Point Joint Venture property. These parcels total 2,327 acres. The Dickson parcel will be restored largely to tidal marsh, as will about 400 acres of the North Point Joint Venture parcel. Both parcels are adjacent to San Pablo Bay NWR and DFG preserves.
